Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept returns within 10 days of your order purchase date for all non-final sale items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached. All returned items are subject to review and inspection. Items returned dirty, damaged, or worn will be charged a fee or sent back to the customer.

All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.

Can I make an exchange?

Yes, we offer seamless exchanges for all U.S. customers. You can exchange your item for the same item in another size or exchange it for a completely new item. Please note that all shipping costs associated with the exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

For all international customers, we kindly ask that you place a new order for the item of your choice as we do not offer an exchange service for international customers at this time. Any shipping fees or duties for the new order will be the customers responsibility.

Important: If your item arrives damaged or with a stain, you must notify us within 1 day of receiving it. We are unable to accept damage or stain-related claims after this period.

Boutique Return Policy: Our customers have the option of trying our items on in person, and we assist them in selecting the size and style that best flatters their body. We prioritize honesty and transparency at Hareer, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied without any pressure to purchase. Because of this, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.In rare cases, we may allow certain returns or exchanges, typically within the same day, provided we can guarantee the item has not been worn to an event or occasion before being returned.

What items cannot be returned?

All items marked down 50% off or more are considered final sale and are ineligible for a refund or exchange.

What if I received a damaged or defective product?
